DMT, was started by Kevin Smith, a foundry pattern-maker by trade, known in the industry worldwide, as one of the first, early adopters of the 3D printing process, over 20 years ago. Using my experience DMT was formed to support the design and manufacture of metal components using digital methods.

CASTING SIMULATIONS
In house Casting simulations using Novacast and Novamethod software. From either your complete CAD data including methods or just the casting model, we will provide a full report on your design and offer advice on potential improvements.
3D PRINTING
Full service, supplying 3D printed sand for moulds or cores, designed and optimised for maximum benefit for each individual application. A conscientious service using our 20+ years of printing expertise. Delivery and hands on assembly where required.
